Furthermore, distinguished infrastructure was prepared with advanced sanitary drainage and ground installations, along with the selection of an advanced metal structure for the building with insulated walls for cooling and heating efficiency. Large-scale air cooling and purification units were utilized to ensure hatchery air purification, with air ducts suspended from the ceilings.

Marble floors were chosen for various sections, and the project was executed to the highest mechanical, electrical, and civil specifications, incorporating the latest poultry hatching technologies.

The company has succeeded in installing the latest equipment with international specifications, including:

  • High-efficiency chillers in the egg halls that achieve air speed, temperature, and humidity automatically and according to the observed quantity.
  • Egg grading and sorting machines, where eggs are placed and automatically sorted, selecting the desired standard weight and excluding defective or broken ones.
  • Egg arranging machines directly connected to the grading machine, ensuring proper egg arrangement in trays designated for the incubation machines.
  • High-density incubation machines programmed automatically according to egg weight, ensuring selfregulation of temperature, humidity, and required oxygen according to egg weight.
  • Fertilization detection machines are utilized to transfer eggs from the incubators after the incubation period is complete to hatcheries. They are placed in a modern machine where fertilized eggs are detected, picked up by a suction device, and placed in hatching trays, while unfertilized ones are isolated.
  • Washing and sanitizing machines: where all trays, cages, and supporting equipment are washed after each use to ensure quality. – Packaging machines, which are used to prepare the eggs and place them in crates designated for export.
  • The project includes an insulated building equipped with the latest heating and cooling devices, egg receiving and sorting halls, and two warehouses for storing eggs. The first warehouse is equipped with modern egg turners, while the second contains the packaging machine for export, incubation machines, and hatchery machines. There are also sorting halls for chicks, a designated area for vaccination, a crate washing station, a backup power generator, a water purification station, a maintenance building, and spare parts storage. The desalination station ensures water quality. The hatchery’s production capacity reaches 50 million broiler chicks annually, some of which are reared on the company’s farms, while others are sold in local or regional markets.
  • The hatchery owns several vehicles equipped to transport the chicks from the hatchery to the farms.
  • To ensure the quality of the produced chicks, periodic samples are taken from the chicks for examining the effectiveness of the disinfectants used in the hatchery.
